Use this circular connector from Phoenix Contact to ensure signal cables are terminated reliably. It's a 4-pin male connector that's A-coded to work with common industrial devices including sensors, actuators and motors. It uses a SPEEDCON connection method that pushes in and turns to lock. This makes it quick to connect and secures against accidental disconnection from vibration. The device is backwards compatible, thanks to its M12 connectors, so it plugs into both old and new equipment, saving you from replacing parts unnecessarily.
Stable signal transmission in environments prone to electromagnetic interference is supported by 360° shielding. The conductive copper contact material is plated with nickel and gold to maximise strength and durability. Accurately moulded and reliably robust, the die-cast zinc housing with NBR sealing has an IP67 rating. This means the connector is dust-tight and temporarily submersible in water, for use in harsh industrial conditions.
