Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Halltronics. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or exchange (exceptions apply). Please review our policy below for details.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.

Items must be new, unused, and include all original tags, labels, and packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

Email us at sales@halltronics.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Complete the RMA form and securely pack the item with the form included.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 21 days.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank.

You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For Business Clients (B2B)

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies for returns due to ordering errors or changes of mind.
  • Return Shipping: Clients cover return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We provide prepaid shipping labels and cover return shipping. Refunds processed within 14 days after inspection.

For Consumer Clients (B2C)

  • Full Refund: End-users receive full refunds if returns comply with this policy.
  • Return Shipping: Consumers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we provide prepaid shipping labels.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are broken, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
