The MC33816AE is a high-performance SMARTMOS gate driver IC engineered for precision solenoid control in demanding automotive, industrial, and powertrain systems. Offers five high-side plus seven low-side external MOSFET pre-drivers with individually selectable four-tier slew-rate control, ensuring fine-tuned switching and minimal electromagnetic interference.
